Refund Policy

Generally, online training course orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer to a Seminar training course. We MAY approve a refund/transfer request provided the Student meets the following requirements and in accordance to the guarantee (if any) offered by the Trainer prior to the Student signing up for the training:

Terms & Conditions for 100% Money Back Guarantee (if offered by the Trainer):

1) Student must attend the full 3 days of training that they have registered and agreed to attend. 
2) Student must consistently send an update on their sales activities and sales figure every month for 1 year after the training ended and to also include proof of how they use what they have learnt from the training.
3) By month 12 if student did not make back 10 times of the signed up fees in TOTAL SALES FIGURES for 1 year, then they will be eligible to be refunded in full.

 

Transfers:

ALL Transfer requests MUST be made within 1 week of placing your order. We will ONLY approve transfer requests if the Student has NOT attended the live online training. You may transfer your registration fee to another person that you nominate. The tuition difference will NOT be refunded for transfers INTO a course of LESSER value. Transfers to courses of GREATER value must include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request.

 

IMPORTANT:

If the request is made AFTER 1 week OR the student has attended any session of the live online training, your tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Other Terms and Conditions:
Bonuses, training materials and training received may NOT be transferred to another student. Refunds request that is approved will be subjected to a deduction of 5% administration charges.
